Welcome to the Courage Community

The Courage Community has been on the battle lines with our wounded veterans. We’ve unveiled the invisible shrapnel of war. We’ve provided a platform and a voice for the suffering. However, not all warriors wear uniforms.

The Courage Community is now expanding our mission: we’re building bridges to connect those in need with others who have faced similar challenges and have triumphed in the face of adversity.

It shouldn't take an international tragedy to unite us as individuals or communities. Each of us holds in ourselves the fundamental building blocks of humanity: Hope, Courage and the Ability to overcome.

The Courage Community is a non-profit, cause-related online community experience.

At the Courage Community, we're about people... not politics.
Step in to the revitalized Courage Community. Come grow with us.

The Courage Community

You can choose the battlefield, but you can't avoid the battle.
We've all been hit. Blown apart. We've all fallen down in life.

In the pain of recovery, there lies an opportunity. But it involves making a choice: The choice to get up.
The Courage Community offers a hand Up, not a hand Out.

The CourageCommunity provides a lifeline of hope for anyone overcoming a traumatic life-altering event.

If you are suffering right now, know that you are not alone. In your moment of tragedy, find the strength to reach out. It takes Courage to ask for help.

CourageCommunity.org provides an online network for those looking for peer support, professional help, reconnection to community, or just an understanding friend. In your moment of desperation, we stand beside you and with you.

The greatest community is found in the struggles we face.

Welcome to the Courage Community. Combining Heart and Mind into ACTION.

"I can’t overstate how exciting it is to see an organization take the initiative to bring, not just rehabilitation, but also activities that include fun and entertainment, to the brave men and women who have sacrificed a part of themselves for the freedoms of all Americans – I’ve known Carlana Stone for many years, and the grace and wonderful smile, that she brings to the world around her, has always inspired me  - I’ve never thought of her as disabled, merely confined to a wheelchair – I have no doubt, along with the other leaders of this organization, a lot of wounded soldiers are about to find out, there is far more opportunity in their “new” world than they would have ever imagined – contributing whatever I can is something I’m also sincerely looking forward to – and I would certainly hope anyone who gets the opportunity to do their part would feel the same way."
